Use of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

Accounts

To access some features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when you create your account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Minutes, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

Minutes and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any other user for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Minutes has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or Content.

Minutes and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• Any content, including User Content, transmitted or accessed through the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
• Any action or inaction taken by any third party in connection with the Service;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service;
• Any virus, Trojan horse, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Service by any third party;
